• Integrated all trading room financial activities into the Kondor+ portfolio management system.
• Analyzed, designed and tested data processing procedures and interface solutions between the front office, back office and accounting systems; as a result, reduced operational risks and improved productivity.
• Designed and automated daily Middle Office controls with respect to calculating profit and loss, risks, currency positions and cash management. This allowed a proactive and rapid response to potential problems.
• Lead a Murex technical and business configuration audit project with Murex acting as specialist auditor resulting in concrete road map improvement activities.
• Drove Murex upgrade project at the level of the project plan, migration methodology and senior business analyst providing benefits to end users in term of functionalities, performance and provider support.
• Front Office Support Team coach working at the level of tools, process and resources training and assist Front Office end user on Murex tools.
• Designed and implemented the processes and tools to support new products or new activties for banks or fund manager.
• Designed and implemented continuous internal verification control for Internal Verification group contributing to improve the cross check data consistency between front office, operation and risk tools.
• Designed and Implemented Credit VAR solutions including interface design and test with Murex software.

• Implemented GL Oracle solution with interface with investment system book of record including reconciliation tools
• Participation to custodian RFP for a major fund manager including process and tools review and implementation phases.
• Worked on Kyriba cash management software to replace cash management solution including interface with book of record tool like Murex, operational optimisation, account structure review, link with bank account statement and cash flows instruction
• Run a detail analysis to scope and design a solution to implement FX desk activities Front to Back for Fx cash product in MX3.1. Participation to the project implementation.
